Begin writing 5 things you are grateful for every morning before starting your daily activities. Close your eyes, breathe and be truly grateful for them. You will see the difference in your life. Over time you will begin to change your mindset and will complain less about your circumstances, as you will be able to appreciate many things that you could not realize before.

Don’t worry if you still can’t feel deeply grateful. If you keep practicing it will become natural for you. Gratitude is contagious and you will be positively impressed!
